DHS Realty Group was founded and led by Daniel H. Stine. With an 18 year career as a Vice President in Consulting, he has helped multiple global companies in the Engineering and Construction and Oil and Gas industries set, measure, and achieve goals around profitability, asset management, and safety.
He has now decided to turn his attention full time to real estate. During Daniel’s career in consulting, Daniel and his wife, Dr. Susan Leong-Kee Stine, have owned and operated other businesses including income producing real estate, such as apartment complexes and single family rentals. Daniel and Susan have lived all over Houston and currently live in Sienna Plantation, a suburb of Southwest Houston, with their 6-year- old twins. Susan has lived in the Houston area since 1983 and works at Texas Children’s Hospital Pavilion for Women and has been serving patients in Houston as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist since 2007.
Our focus is helping buyers and sellers with their personal real estate transactions as well as working with investors. With our experience over the last 10 years, we are able to help luxury home buyers as well as buyers looking for new construction. We love helping buyers with their first purchase or seasoned home buyers looking to step up to accommodate their growing families or if you are downsizing to simplify things.
In addition, given our experience with buying and operating income producing property, we have the unique ability to help investors identify the right opportunities for them and achieve their real estate investment goals.
